Our free (& excerpts from other) publications are available through this web site in HTML format or common word-processing files through FTP. Our recommended download hours (due to low band-width) for large files are GMT 0900hrs to 2000hrs. 

How To Obtain A Publication / Map 

Step 1 : View our on-line catalogues (either Publications or Map). 

Step 2 : Select a sample and browse through it. (If available) 

Step 3 : Download the file if available on-site. Or go to Step 4. 

Step 4 : Return to Catalogue and note down the relevant details (Author, Year, Publisher) 

Step 5 : Send details to our Librarian and await reply on latest price and payment/delivery arrangements. 

For those in the local or not-too distant regions, simply make out a list of items you want, then convey this list to the Librarian through : 

* a visit in person 
* a telephone call 
* a fax transmission 
* an electronic mail 
* snail-mail
